A devoted workers’ compensation lawyer in Georgia using her unique background and experience to help injured workers
Natalie E. Elkins devotes her career to the representation of injured workers before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and the appellate courts of Georgia. She has written and presented on many cases pertaining to Georgia workers’ compensation law.
Prior to joining Gerber & Holder in 2018, Natalie represented employers, insurers, self-insurers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. This experience enables her to navigate the workers’ compensation system effectively on behalf of her clients.
Education
Natalie graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State College of Law. While at Georgia State College of Law, she served as an associate editor for the Georgia State Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
Career
Natalie has practiced workers’ compensation law since graduating law school. She gained valuable experience representing insurance companies and employers at a large insurance defense firm. In 2018, Natalie decided to use her insider knowledge of insurance companies to obtain results for Georgia’s injured workers.

Natalie is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Georgia State Bar. She has been designated a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Personal
Natalie was born in Toronto, Ontario, but spent much of her childhood in Atlanta. She returned to Canada for her undergraduate degree. Upon graduation, she moved back to Georgia for law school. She lives in Atlanta’s East Atlanta Village neighborhood with her husband and adopted animals. She is an avid reader, Lake Lanier boater, and cook.
